Your tasks page may show many different types of tasks. To filter to specific tasks, you can use the primary and secondary task filters or the search bar.
The primary filter first lets you filter views between your tasks and your tasks for others. These are tasks assigned to you that need to be completed by you, and tasks created by you and assigned to others. You can switch back and forth between these views by selecting All tasks at the top of the page. The eye icon will show you which view you're currently on.
The primary filter will also allow you to filter based off of task type; approvals, attendance, progress notes, attendance alerts, clinical reports, assessments, and custom tasks. Select a task type to filter to only tasks of that task type.
The secondary filter can be accessed by clicking on the filter icon at the top of the page.
The secondary filter will allow you to filter by task status and due date. When filtering by task status, you can choose to view not done tasks (those that are past due, upcoming, and in progress), past due, in progress, completed, dismissed, or upcoming.
The due date filter will allow you to filter tasks by their due date. Enter the date range of the tasks you'd like to view, and the tasks page will be filtered to tasks with due dates that fall within the range. The secondary filters can be used in conjunction to find specific tasks of a status type that fall within a defined date range.
If you'd like to instead search by a task's keywords, you can do so from the tasks search bar. Simply type into the search bar and the tasks matching your keywords with return.
