To complete an attendance workflow, go to your tasks page or the tasks page of the client in which you're marking attendance. To go to your tasks page, select tasks from your left hand menu. To go to a client's task page, search the client from global search or from the caseload page. Select the client and go to their tasks page on the left menu.
On the tasks page, search for the attendance task for the session you'd like to mark attendance for. Hover over the task and click complete.
In the attendance workflow, mark the attendance status of the client. You can optionally add an attendance memo to the right of the attendance status that will show on the statement.
If you need to edit any of the session details such as the date, time, or facilitator, you can do so by clicking the more info arrow.
If you want to come back to enter the note, you can click save at the top right. This will save your attendance for the session and allow you to come back to enter the note. You'll see a new progress note task on your tasks page while the attendance task has been removed. If the attendance status requires an alert, the alert will be required before you can save.
In the next, progress note section, enter the progress note for the session for the client. You can apply templates for your note if those have been created. You can additionally attach an attachment to the note if you have one.
Once the note has been entered and you click save at the top right, you'll be prompted to save the status of the note. If you're able to approve your own chart items, you can choose to approve the note or save it as a work in progress. If you're not able to approve your own chart items, the approver should default to your supervisor or if you don't have a supervisor, select a staff to submit it for approval or save it as a work in progress.
If the client was marked an attendance that requires an alert, the attendance alert section will automatically display under the progress note section after the attendance is marked. You can optionally append your progress note to your alert, or write out a new alert.
The recipient will automatically be defaulted to the client's referrer, however you can add additional referrers or staff to be included on the alert as well.
Once you click save, a send alert popup will display. You can choose to send the alert now or save the alert without sending.
