In some cases, it may be necessary to re-sync the Google calendar. This may happen when Google makes changes to their interface which affect third party applications such as TreatAnyone that connect to tools like Gmail and Calendar.
In order to re-sync the calendar you will need to follow these steps:
- Unlink the Google calendar in the Sync Calendar section of your TA profile (accessible via icon in the upper right hand corner)
- Click on Account in the Google menu found in the upper right hand corner of your browser
- Click on Data & Privacy
- Scroll down until you find "Third-party apps with account access" option and select it
- Click on TreatAnyone App then click on Remove Access
- Re-link the Google calendar in your TA Profile
