During your setup of your TreatAnyone account, you can bulk your existing clients/cases by using the bulk upload feature. This will allow you to upload all your clients all at once into TreatAnyone without having to manually enter them one at a time.
You'll need to be a user with administrator privileges to access bulk upload under config.
Next, select clients on the left menu under bulk upload.
The Prerequisites sections shows what first needs to be defined before groups can be bulk uploaded. For clients, enrollments, enrollment statuses, locations, and referrers first need to be defined so that when uploading clients, enrollment details, locations, and referrers can be defined for the clients.
To begin entering the fields to bulk upload clients, click on download under Data templates. You'll have downloaded a spreadsheet to enter the bulk upload details for your clients.
Within the spreadsheet, you'll notice that the fields with asterisks (*) are those that are required for the client bulk upload. Make sure to fill these fields for each client so that the upload is successful, if a required field is blank or missing for a client, that client will not be uploaded successfully.
Begin entering clients for each row within the spreadsheet. Each row signifies a client that will be included in the bulk upload process for clients.
For clients, the client name, date of birth, enrollment type, enrollment status, and location are required fields.
The primary staff field, if left blank, will automatically set you as the primary staff. This can be edited later on, along with any other fields.
All other fields, referral date, referral received date, treatment start date, treatment end date, referrer, stakeholders, identifiers, client contact details, client personal details, emergency contact details, and children details are optional and can be added here during the bulk upload or added later on once the clients have been uploaded into TA.
Once finished entering clients into the spreadsheet, save the spreadsheet and upload it by clicking on the space under attach file or drag and drop the file directly in this space.
If any sections were missing required fields, it will indicate how many records failed to upload. Otherwise, if successful, it'll indicate how many records were successful in uploading.
