If you or another staff member has an upcoming session that needs to be covered, you can use the Cover Session feature of TreatAnyone to quickly find a replacement.
To start, find the session in the Calendar, or in your Daily Schedule, and click on it.
In the bottom-right hand corner of the popup, you will see Cover Session. This will bring up a dialogue that will let you select an available staff member to cover the session.
After you have selected another staff member to cover the session, they will be listed in the session's information panel. You can delete them or assign a new staff member from there as well.
