Sometimes referring agents need a copy of a client's clinical documents, which can be handled through the client's chart. Once inside the chart, you may select one or more chart items that you wish to send via the checkboxes on the left hand side of the page.
Once selected, click the Options Menu, to the right of the search bar, and select Email artifacts.
All artifacts you have selected will now be emailed to the referrer for current enrollment. Remember; if the client has multiple enrollments, make sure the correct enrollment is selected at the top of the page, and confirm that the referrer is correct as well.
