User privileges are managed based on roles as follows:
- Staff - Basic access level, clinical documents such as notes, reports, and assessments have to be approved by someone more experienced.
- Approver - The same as Staff but has enough experience to approve own or others’ clinical documents such as notes, reports, and assessments.
- Supervisor - The same as Approver but also has the responsibility for approving others’ clinical documents such as notes, reports, and assessments. Supervisors can delegate approvals to other Approvers or Supervisors if they need additional help.
- Admin - These users can configure enrollments, permanently delete cases other items, and optionally manage the subscription, practice configuration, and client access for other users. Administrators who can manage the practice can also access and manipulate contracting information for Organizations. In cases when Admins also perform clinical work, they can have the authority to manage and approve clinical documents such as notes, reports, and assessments.
- Owner - Only a single user can be an Owner for a TreatAnyone account. This user has all privileges at all times. Ownership can be transferred to another user.
