A new organization can be created by going to the organization listing on the referrers page and clicking the + New Organization button. Clicking on this will direct to the add new organization workflow with organization, organization contact, and contract sections.
On the organization section, the organization name, abbreviation (this will be used for the organization's badge), and organization type fields are required. The offerings field should default to standard, meaning that the offerings available to cases referred from the organization will be the same as those offered for the provider. Linked, the same as another organization or custom, tailored only to this enrollment can also be selected. If linked, the same as another organization is selected, the offerings available to the cases referred from the organization will be the same as those of another selected organization. If custom, tailored only to this enrollment is selected, custom offerings need to be created for the organization.
On the organization contact section, the organization's primary phone number and address is required.
On the contract section, the organization's contract name and contract identifier, billing address, and other contract details can be entered. The billing address, invoice date, and address on invoice fields are required.
